Returns and Refunds Policy

The general requirements for all returns are as follows:

It is within seven (7) days from the delivery date
In case of damaged item(s), you MUST notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list (check out below)
You have a valid reason for returning the item (check out below)
The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories
 (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
The product must not have been used or installed .
You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement)
 


How Do I return an item?
Before returning an item, please check out our Returns & Refunds policy to make sure your item is eligible for return.
If your return meets all the requirements and you wish to proceed with the return, please fill up the Online Return Form.
Our return process is as follows:


1. Our customer service centre will contact you shortly
2. Please send the item to our company if your return is valid.
3. You will receive an email once your returned item is received at our company
4. We will evaluate the product based on your return request and update you within 7 working days

If your return is valid, we will notify you and reimburse you with a refund via one of the following methods:  Bank transfer (for COD), Bank cheque.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you.

 

For which reason can I return an item?
You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:
For International products

Reasons Description
Damaged The product was damaged when you received it (Please notify Lazada within 24 hours)
Defective The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
Incorrect/wrong item The product is different from what you ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)
Missing items/parts Missing items/parts as indicated on the product package
Change of mind

NOT APPLICABLE for international products

 

For Domestic (Singapore) products

Reasons Description
Damaged The product was damaged when you received it (Please notify Asia KSC within 24 hours)
Defective The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
Incorrect/wrong item The product is different from what you ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)
Missing items/parts Missing items/parts as indicated on the product package
Change of mind You do not want the product anymore
The product must be untouched and the seal and packaging must be intact
ASIA KSC reserves the right to reject your returns if the item is not in original condition
 

 

We will not accept returns for any of the following products:

Category Non-returnable Products
Health & Beauty Cosmetics and Fragrances
Supplement products
Personal care products
 
Food & Beverage All food and beverage
Other products Clearance products
Free gifts

 

Pack your return item(s) in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards,
certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it
Insert your proof of purchase (Buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement) in the package
Please advice the courier to deliver the items to the Asia KSC Pte.Ltd.
